Dispensational premillennialists make a clear distinction between the Rapture (at the beginning of the Tribulation) and the Second Coming (at the end of the Tribulation). I’m a dispensational premillennialist, and I’ve never heard that 2/3 of the Jews will die before the Rapture. I’ve studied eschatology from a premillennial perspective all my life, and never come across this teaching.

Where were all the Christians around 70 AD? They were hiding from the wrath that was being poured out on the Jews, i.e. Massada, Jerusalem and so many other events.
